A Christmas CASE from Target

I do a lot of "idea wandering" it would seem.  That is where I wander around stores looking for color ideas or card ideas.  I was at Target and I saw the card below.  Loved it, so I reproduced it in my own Heidi way!

I used Night of Navy and white.  The dies are from Papertrey Ink.  The stamp is from A*Muse.

Have a great Thanksgiving - Heidi.

From a tissue box!

I was at the Dollar Tree with my friend Karen a couple of weeks ago and I saw these tissue boxes!  They had Lightning McQueen and Disney Princesses on them!  I begged her to buy them for me because I left my purse at her house.  Below are three cards I made from the longer Cars tissue box that I didn't take a picture of.  Sorry!

Two of the smaller tissue boxes.  I am looking to see if they have a longer Princesses box at Dollar Tree, but I have been unable to find one.

The above card is a 4 X  6 and below are two letter envelope size cards.

Have a wonderfully creative day - Heidi

From Halloween coasters

While wandering through Jo-Ann's the other day I came across this pack of six Halloween coasters.  I am not one to complain especially when the price is 50 cents!  So I made six cards from them.  Not awesome, but they'll do.

Thanks for looking - Heidi

Stampin space changes

I have been bored.  I can't imagine why because I have a LOT to do.  Perhaps I am just restless.  I have been visiting my local Goodwill stores and found some new ways to store stuff.  Take a look.

The above are two standing DVD case holders that I just hung on the wall.  They were on the floor, but I'd have to stand on my head to see the stamp sets at the bottom.  Not any more.  The lowest rack is a metal DVD holder that I attached to the wall also.  It holds my word stamp sets.

This wood DVD rack is perfect for getting my old wood-mounted stamps out of the closet!  I am running out of wall otherwise I would've hung this higher up.  I also have my Cricut cartridge stored there.  Higher up is a double CD rack that holds my EK Success border punches.  Below that is a DVD rack that holds my bigger EK Success border punches.  Below is a closer up view of the punch storage.

All of these racks were purchased at Goodwill and I didn't pay more than $5.00 for any single one of them.  I am feeling pretty nifty for my great buys and great ideas.  Have a great day - Heidi
