Crystal effects are neato!

I learned more about Crystal Effects at Stampin' Up regionals in Milwaukee. First you stamp in black Staz-on window sheets. Flip over the window sheet so you are working on the opposite side of the side you stamped on. Then smear crystal effects and a few drops of a reinker on the back and smear (wear a glove). Apply a piece of tissue paper to the back and let it dry. You can trim the tissue paper off later. You have to work quickly as the crystal effects gets kind of clumpy if you wait too long as with the tree card. - Heidi
